I'm surprised i wasn't able to find a thread by this name, so I decided to make one.For the sake of this what if this will be 1 year after GT and goku won't leave with shenron, I will just bring up universes, you can add some if you think i missed something.

Also, would it be really advisable to nerf down Gohan like that? In most GT he only displayed SSJ.

In my vision bra got controlled by baby, i really don't see an easy way for baby to get into vegito. Because Gohan only displayed ssj, and i have him as weaker because the universe 16 gohan would push himself because of bra, and thi universe 18 counterpart should pull a little closer to gt |

If we included GT into DBM...
Baby would be one of the top-tier threats of the story. He could theoretically possess Vegito but even if he did, he would be hard-countered by Broly (no cuts to enter the body with). Babidi could probably Majinize him so it'd be a matter of whether he got to Babidi first or the other way around. He naturally would be no match for Buu in most ways. Raichi vs. Baby might be an interesting setup because I'm willing to believe he can't take over Raichi's ghosts.
Super 17...if we were to nerf him so his PL is not guaranteed (in GT he could effortlessly wreck Vegeta even before absorbing any energy), but rather dependent upon how much energy he absorbs from who he's fought, then we could have a very intriguing fighter. If right at the start he goes up against Vegito or some other heavy hitter who doesn't know his ability, then hypothetically he could make it quite far. Against a more physical fighter like Hirudegarn or the Heliotes he may have issues.
Shadow Dragons are another interesting option. Syn would be a heavy-hitter from the get-go and if all of his fellows get killed off during the tournament he could potentially power up into Omega at some point. Nuova could go pretty far with his high PL. Haze and Oceanus are fodder. Rage could give problems to many fighters if they didn't have access to water attacks of some kind. Eis would be more interesting, with his freezing and blinding powers making up for a lack of raw power.
Perhaps the most interesting GT fighter might be Naturon, who was powered up from weaker-than-Pan to able-to-give-Goku-troubles just by eating Pan. He could be a less broken form of Buu, or a more stable Ginyu: depending on who he fights, he could eat them and derive power from them to become stronger. A Naturon who faced weak opponents early on may just get strong enough to fight more powerful ones later, being one of the few contestants with a reliable form of upward mobility in-tournament.
GT Goku is just a stronger version of U18 Goku. Going by GT's powerscaling I believe SS4 Goku vs. SS3 Vegito would be a fairly even fight, with the advantage possibly going to Goku. That would completely wreck Vegito's self-esteem, lol.

That's why i belive if GT was actually in multiverse that it should be adapted to multiverse(like the movies we're), GT really did have a powercreep(although not as bad as the super one), if gt happened in multiverse, with the way everything is setup i could see ssj4 goku maybe at ssj vegito level |

What if GT was good? That's a better question. Maybe I should start or involve myself in a thread that discusses what gt did wrong and how to improve it. if one already exists, tag me in it and I'll simply add my 2 cents to that and maybe dbs.

Buu don't like hell {Translation= Gt hell was a bad attempt to make some of the side characters do some thing against weak ass villains, while goku took on the real threat}

If U16 Bra is equal to or stronger than SSJ Vegito as an SSJ2 then SSJ4 GT Goku would be much more powerful than that especially since Base GT Goku is much more powerful than Base Son Bra with him being at bare minimum 8 times more powerful than Buu arc SSJ3 Goku and her being somewhere between MSSJ Goku/Gohan and Perfect Cell. |

But I don't like that they have the weird Noncanon Hell. It is pretty easy to fix IMO. The power scale just needs to be toned down and most of the series could probably happen. If DBM rules were added to GT it is really easy to restructure to have to make more sense. Goku being stronger than Majin Buu in his base for example wouldn’t happen. SS4 would probably be weaker than Vegetto overall in a restructured power scale so even that wouldn’t be too bad. |
