Okay عمار . I CAN'T GIVE YOU A THOUSAND THUMBS UP because the system doesn't allow it, but you totally deserve it. This was one of the best posts I've ever read, Thank you for taking the time to do this! Forever grateful! You're very much welcome! And thank you for taking the time to read it, it means a lot! Also, feel free to notify me if you spot any grammatical error in the post. Me & the English language don't get along very well... XD Thanks for doing all the work. It doesn't seem important right now, but as soon as the tournament continues, discussions about some of these topics will arise again and everyone now can cite this threat.

Thanks for doing all the work. It doesn't seem important right now, but as soon as the tournament continues, discussions about some of these topics will arise again and everyone now can cite this threat. No problem. And yep! That was one of the main reasons why I decided to finish it. Me & many people thought that Salagir consider Vegetto as the "son" of Goku & Vegeta. I was surprised when said "He's them"

It's really no problem. I only ask you to leave your questions here because a lot of you live in the USA & would miss it if Salagir did another Q&A because of the time zone. WOW !!! That is a LOT of work !!! Thank you for taking the time to do the text version of it !!! You're welcome! Thank you for taking the time to answer our ridiculous questions! I will gladly do a text version for the next Q&A video (Assuming you will make another one & I hope you do, because I have a lot of questions to ask you guys).

Salagir: Guys! training is not always the answer! Bra doesn't need to be beaten down. The problem of U16 is NOT "how are we going to contain Bra" The problem of U16 is "how can we help Bra growing & not to be selfish stupid girl!" And you don't need to train for that! You need to show love! Which exactly what Gohan did when she was ssj1 & Vegetto did not. Vegetto had no patience & he ran away. And Gohan did the right thing. But on SSj2, that did not happen. instead Vegetto was like: "Okay girl, take care of your fucking problems!". And that just actually a matter of psychology. And again, when someone is turning evil, as you could see, the person who stop Majin Bra was not strong. It's not about training. Gotenks can completely help Bra without training. (3:28:37 min)That worked oh-so-well last time, didn't it?

Oh but you see, those make Bra look bad so they're actually no longer canon. Just like her being a dangerous berserker who will destroy anything if she's not stopped is also no longer canon, as Salagir said being strong enough to stop her is not needed. It is actually impressive how what Salagir says about Bra and what we're shown in the comic are polar opposites

He should've offered her some praise as his top half drifted down to the ground before he bled out.

Just like her being a dangerous berserker who will destroy anything if she's not stopped is also no longer canon, as Salagir said being strong enough to stop her is not needed. It is actually impressive how what Salagir says about Bra and what we're shown in the comic are polar opposites His whole point of view is that there are other characters who did more fucked up shit than her & were forgiven. So, she also should be forgiven. he said it himself multiple times in different ways in the video: - one of the thing they removed that I find it fascinating was U18 Bra telling U16 Bra "she will be forgiving cos dragon balls!" on page 1816. Ouv said it was too "early" for Bra to be forgiving so they end up changing it. (7:40 min to 10:16 min) - Salagir said that the chapter took longer to come out because Ouv & Asura wasn't agreeing with him going too fast. Salagir wanted to move on quickly saying that Vegeta & Piccolo were forgiving way too easily & way too fast in the show & the same should be applied to U16 Bra. (19:46 min to 20:49 min)
Salagir: I think U18 Bra said lots lots of things about U16 Bra. She destroyed her with words. Now, the wrong of Bra is different from the wrong of Vegetto. Bra being a teenager, & that her wrong is mostly because lack of experience, too much arrogant & many many other things. The things that people don't accept from us, is that we forgive if their is no consequence, which been always the case in DBZ. All the bad things that Bra did was fixed, so there's no consequence. The problem with Bra was mostly is where were her arrogant come from? Well, she was born super strong, if she wasn't she won't be an asshole. U18 Bra is also arrogant but she is not killing people so we forgive her. 😉 (1:04:19 min) Salagir: Why do you find it strange?! Read Dragon ball! After the Z team got beat up by the androids, Piccolo was thinking about going to Kami & Krillin was saying to Piccolo "You got something on your mind, Piccolo? You can tell us, we're friends." & Piccolo said "Friends?! We are not friends! We just need each other! I'm gonna take over the world! remember it!" And I was like "Yeah Krillin, why are you saying Piccolo is your friend? Yes, he's been fighting with you, but otherwise Piccolo has been a really bad guy!" But no, He was already forgiven, because they fought together & because Gohan likes Piccolo. And that's the same for Vegeta. Vegeta has been killing people all the way to namek. In namek, he killed in entire village! And when they all been teleported back to earth, even though Vegeta has been fighting with Krillin & Gohan - so they've been fighting together! they're kinda friends! - But the namekian are saying "Hey! the people of this village are not back!" & Vegeta was like "Yeah, because I killed them! & your wish is to bring back to life the victims of Frieza & Frieza's guys! But I was not one of Frieza's guys! So, HA! Too bad!" The whole village of namek was never back to life. So, Vegeta who just did another crime & not care about it at all, yet Bulma is saying "Well, I guess you don't know where to live. Go to my house, I got food!" WTF!!! Salagir: And again, what I find it strange is why so many people don't accept that Bra is kinda forgiven. Yes, "kinda" because due to some changes in the story, it's not going to be that easy. Asura is already drawing scenes where you see that not everybody has forgiven her. So, don't worry, it will be hard. But I still don't understand all the hate. I really think that many people wanted her to get lesson & to get a good spanking, because she was in the wrong - like nobody in DBZ was in the wrong! And I think there are many other reasons, which are "freudian" reasons which I will not get to detail because people will hate me more. He's basically saying that what Bra did was bad, but not THAT bad! And what U18 bra said to her was enough punishment for her. And since in DBZ people get forgiven easily, she should too. And everyone including Vegetto was at fault, not just her. That's what he's trying to say. And I might have overlooked Bra getting away from what she done (again) if Salagir didn't feel the need to shit on Vegetto just to make Bra look better. Like shit! I never liked Vegetto, I always thought he was full of himself, but damn that chapter made me sympathy with him.

I never liked Vegetto, I always thought he was full of himself, but damn that chapter made me sympathy with him. Okay this whataboutism from Salagir gets on my nerves. No just because Toriyama had characters overlook villains turned allies "easily" does not give you a free pass to do the same with your special waifu. Second, the plot never stops to absolve any guilt or wrongdoing of those individuals like he does with Bra, and some of them (Krillin, Tien etc.) are really petty crimes at the worst with Bra's actions only really comparable to Vegeta in terms of atrocities (Bra may even have a higher body count given she killed an entire solar system). And speaking of Vegeta not only is Vegito a different being from Vegeta (And even if you argue he used to be part Vegeta, he also was part Goku by the same logic) but when Vegeta's pride, his ego and his desire to be the best affected the narrative it was almost ALWAYS in a negative way and no praise was ever given to his actions. He was even called evil on more than one occasion for it. What happened when Vegeta thought he became a Super Saiyan and challenged Frieza? He was humiliated and killed. What happened when Vegeta actually became a Super Saiyan and thought he was the strongest in the Universe? Android 18 beat him down & broke his arm. What happened when Vegeta ascended past Super Saiyan and cockily allowed Cell to become Perfect for a better challenge? He was humiliated and ended up with a broken back. What happened when Vegeta became a Majin willingly just to beat Goku in his mid life crisis moment? Buu got free, and Vegeta ended up going to hell yet even knowing that he realized he without any hesitation fucked up and tried in vein to sacrifice himself to stop Buu and make things right. Vegeta's hubris constantly punished him in the story, and when he fucked up the story never pretended it was anyone else's fault but his. Where as Bra gets off any consequence scott free and the blame gets shifted everywhere else. Hell she ends up REWARDED for it as her new status of controlling SSj2 shows. That is the difference.

Where as Bra gets off any consequence scott free and the blame gets shifted everywhere else. Hell she ends up REWARDED for it as her new status of controlling SSj2 shows. That is the difference. Exactly!! Vegeta ALWAYS gets punished for the stupid things he done. Every time his ego take over, his opponent humble him. A lot of people wouldn't like Vegeta if things always go the way he wanted them to go & never had any consequences for his action. And speaking of Vegeta not only is Vegito a different being from Vegeta (And even if you argue he used to be part Vegeta, he also was part Goku by the same logic) Salagir actually answered this question: Q. Can Vegetto be held responsible for what Vegeta did? Salagir: In my opinion yes. It's too easy to say "Hey! I'm new person now!" Vegetto is responsible for past acts of Vegeta & the past acts of Goku. Actually this part of the story of the fanfiction of U16 where he's trying to get back to his family members. He's responsible for Chi Chi, Goten, Gohan, Bulma, Trunks, & then later Bra. (3:36:15 min) Q. I disagree with your answer about Vegeta/Vegetto. It would be like being blamed for something your parents did and not you.
Salagir: But Vegeta & Goku are not the parents of Vegetto. Vegetto contains their powers & their memories. He's them, he's not their child. (3:40:46 min) And he admit that U16 Vegetto is more Vegeta than he's Goku: Q. Focusing only on Vegeta's bad things during the Majin Arc and forgetting about Goku trying to save the world, all this sounds a little like "hypocrisy" to me.
Salagir: Yes, I have to admit that this Vegetto is more Vegeta than Goku, that is completely true. I saw before people say Vegetto has an ego, but Vegetto is also hero & mature, He want to save people & save the world. He's a responsible guy & he also a guy who likes to have fun - the Goku side. But it was more interesting to push on the "frustration". Again, Vegetto is not very good guy but he's not a very bad guy. Vegetto will save the world any day! He will sacrifice himself, he will do whatever he can to save people. for me, Vegetto & Bra & even Vegeta are not really good guys, they're neutral, but they're working for the good people & they're doing it in their own will. (3:42:26 min) And in his opinion, Vegetto contain the "bad" Vegeta: Q. Will we get to know why Vegeto is so unstable? Or is it just part of his character?
Salagir: Maybe I wrote it not clear enough. Vegetto is frustrated. Very very frustrated. And there is also something else, in my opinion and in my opinion only; Vegeta is a bad guy until the moment he see Goku SSJ3 fighting kid Buu. For me, it is very very important part of Vegeta's story, It's the moment when he become "good". In my opinion, having baby with Bulma & sacrificing himself against Buu are not a "good" acts. He always did that for himself. The girl is pretty, he got a son & he doesn't really care. And yes, he did hug his son before he killed himself, but he still don't care that much -in my opinion- If he's giving his life against Buu it's because he's responsible guy, but he still not a good guy. He was still a guy who was willing to sell his soul to be able to beat Goku, which he did that two hours before he killed himself. You can't say he become a good guy just because he sacrificed himself. He was ready to destroy the world in order to fight Goku, he's an asshole. And Vegetto contain this Vegeta. And I was pacing myself on that. Vegetto is wiling to sell his soul to have a good fight. That's make him someone who's not very nice. He's not a bad guy, but he's not a good guy either. (48:50 min)

(48:50 min) Somehow his answers only annoy me more. No you can't just have Vegito declare himself his own being in YOUR canon much less the actual canon and then turn around and say "Oh he is just Vegeta & Goku in one not his own being" in a near total 180. Also bullshit. Complete bullshit. That sacrifice he did against Buu was his most defining act of heroism in the series, even more than his open respect for Goku on the Kai World. That was the first act in the entire series he did something purely for the sake of others, rather than himself. Piccolo even says as much, the same guy who had no issues saying Vegeta would be going to hell in spite of his coming sacrifice. Vegeta already was beginning to develop into a "good" person at the start of the Buu Saga, he was becoming comfortable on Earth and began to care for Bulma & Trunks, those feelings were foreign to Vegeta and are part of why he became a Majin to try and bury those feelings to retain his former glory as a pure evil being. Goku flat out told Vegeta he was lying to himself, and Vegeta had no rebuttal for it. In the end, he did show he loved his family. And this act was symbolic in the character finally shifting into a more "proper" hero. To say he did the sacrifice for himself and that it wasn't a sign he was "good" is nonsense.

I get the intent since it seems like the idea is that the bra situation is meant to be a problem that training isn't particularly a solution unless they plan to just kill her.
Problem is training harder to deal with the problem is how DBZ works so I can see why it would not be a popular thing to see for most DBZ fans.

I also want to say thank you for asking our questions for us. The whole time zone thing makes it difficult for us. The only questions I have is how U20 Broly escaped the black hole but other incarnations in different Universes didn’t? Did the other Brolys actually feel the pressure of the black hole and it ‘shocked them’ out of their legendary state. I know that the text said he couldn’t feel anything. But was that only specific to this one and the others maybe lasted longer outside the black hole because Good Buu didn’t teleport the both of them as close to the black hole?
Thanks again for your effort.

Thanks again for your effort. The DBM team will make another Q&A Twitch for the U20 Special. So theses the right place to write down your questions If I understood right, عمار will collect them before either sending them to us, or he will ask them in the chat The goal is to do a Q&A Twitch for every chapter now ! We hope you will like this new chapter ! Personally, I am very happy to see a U18 Vs U18 fight !
