Salutations~!
I know the description of this very channel says it's not a requirement to introduce yourself, but seeing as how I've been craving to get into Multiverse discussion for awhile now, and apparently only found out these forums existed like, a month ago, I can't help but be excited. And nervous. Introductions tend to help ease on the anxiety, so I figured why not.
My unoriginal and somewhat uninteresting name aside (it's a long story, it just kinda stuck), it's good to be here, and hopefully I can integrate myself into the conversation somewhat smoothly.
Introductions should probably be followed by a few facts or details to get the person across, so I'll just start by mentioning that I'm probably what one would consider a second generation of American Dragon Ball fan. My father's the one who actually introduced me to it back in I want to say 05 or 06 via 'Budokai Tenkaichi 2' and I've been hooked ever since. Collecting box sets, watching the hell out of Kai wherever I could, buying video games, writing fanfiction and fanworks, you know, the typical dragon ball fan crazy.
That passion and intrigue in the wonderful world of Dragon Ball is actually what inspired me to find something I wanted to do with my life. It taught me I was a storyteller at heart, and just really adore the process of writing in any medium. Be it visual, verbal, audible, or whatever the hell, I'm fascinated with what makes stories tick, and one day I wanna be able to tell stories that reach people in the same way Dragon Ball has to inspire, well, the very forum I'm introducing myself on today. I don't think I'm exactly near that yet, I'm still learning a lot, but I'd like to think I'm passionate and creative.
That's probably what made me click to Multiverse back when I first found out about it years ago. The sheer creativity and passion one piece of art can spawn is incredible, and while it's quality is certainly debatable, I can at least feel that passion to make something into reality through every page.
That's enough rambling about myself and my interests though. I'll leave my introduction at that, and see if I can't get to posting in the future. Here's hoping for a pleasant experience!
