Topic line. Would Goku eventually turn evil? Would he join the Planet Trade Organization just to protect his friends and family but hide the info about where he came from (aka not say he's from Earth)? Or Would he join to fight some strong Aliens? And if so, would he keep fighting weaklings and suppress himself or would he revolt like Vegeta did against Lord Freeza?
Discuss Anything about said turn of events.

Anime DBS Goku would definitely have worked for Freeza (if acting nicely and not threatening anything Goku values).
He would have been like "OMG? Strong guys? All over the universe?! I'm in!!"

He might eventually have no choice but to challenge Freeza again. If he joined in hopes of finding strong opponents, he'll probably be disappointed when he finds out that 99.9% of aliens are no match for his base let alone Kaioken. Freeza and his family members would be the only ones who could put up a fight against him. If he joined to protect his family and hope that Freeza would spare the Earth, it wouldn't take him that long to surpass Freeza. I like to think that his base was at its limit after his last Zenkai on Namek so the only way to get stronger would be to push himself until he unlocks SSJ. If he can still get stronger in base, he would only have to double his power for his Kaioken x20 to match 100% Freeza. Freeza could probably maintain his 100% form longer than Goku could maintain his Kaioken x20 so Goku might have to strengthen his base further so that his Kaioken surpasses Freeza. I still think this could be an interesting universe to see how they would interact for the time until Goku surpasses him. EDIT This could be an alternate universe to RoF where Freeza decided to train those four months long before he went to Namek. Goku turns SSJ and Freeza easily defeats him in his 2nd or 3rd form and offers him the job again . Regardless of how much training Goku does, he could never surpass Freeza without the SSJ God ritual or Whis's training so Goku might have no choice but to join him in order to protect the Earth.

If Goku accepted Freeza's offer, he'd probably end up stronger than canon because he will have more technology to play with in inventing new ways to train, plus he'd have the potential to fight new, stronger opponents. No Freeza Fight, but he could end up fighting Coola. He'd probably fight Cell either way because Cell would go looking for him after he ran out of strong fighters on Earth. A really interesting possibility here, though, would be that Perfect Cell could end up fighting Majin Buu before either of them fought Goku. Could Cell absorb Buu? Would Buu absorb Cell? Too many variables to be certain, but still lots of potential.

Vegeta dies on Namek, which means no Trunks, and let's assume Gohan and PĂccolo make it somehow back to Earth. I believe the story would unfold pretty much as Future Trunks' timeline, where without Goku, the androids simply destroyed the Z fighters and Cell was never born, or if he was, he wasn't strong enough to challenge the Androids, as there were no humans for him to absorb.
Even if Dende's wish does realize, and they all go back to Earth, Vegeta is revived and Trunks lives, without freaking Goku they all still die by the hand of A17 and A18.

I think what would happen in this scenario is that #17 and #18 terrorize the Earth until they're killed by Dabura once Babidi shows up seven years later. There wouldn't be enough energy to release Buu since most of Earth's population would be extinct and no strong Z fighters left. Cell would be born several years after that because there wouldn't be a time machine. If Dabura didn't kill the cyborgs, they might kill Cell once he tries to absorb them since he would be much weaker without Freeza and King Cold's DNA. Dabura would probably the strongest opponent Goku and Freeza could face unless Babidi could release Buu or Cell leaves the Earth and absorbs enough alien lifeforms.

In all seriousness, who knows? Gast apparently fought Cell, so we can assume Cell absorbed the androids. Did Goku even travel to Namek? Did he get the heart virus?
TOO MANY QUESTIONS!

Which begs to the question... WTF happened with the Android problem in U7 (Gast)? Well the only Z fighters left to fight them would be Gohan, Krillin, and Yajirobe. In the Future timeline, maybe the cyborgs were distracted by Piccolo and Vegeta so Gohan was able to escape but since he's the strongest Z fighter left the cyborgs might go after him first. Cell would wake up a few years later and probably absorb them. I'm not sure how he's strong enough to do it though since he doesn't have Freeza and King Cold's DNA and there would barely be any humans left for him to absorb.

I can't see that happening in any universe. Goku doesn't have any evil in him at all and would never turn to the dark side that far into his life. The only evil version of him in multiverse was the one who didn't get hit on the head as a baby and retained his aggressive tendencies. Saiyans aren't born evil, they just have an inherent disregard for certain values that build up morality.
I could see Frieza kidnapping and brainwashing Goku, or wishing for him to become a loyal servant via the Dragon Balls, but the outcome would probably be Frieza killing Goku once he becomes a Super Saiyan (or trying to kill him and failing, or blowing up whatever planet he's on, or killing him once he shows signs of becoming a Super Saiyan).

I could see this if Raditz didn't screw it up. Imagine this, Raditz comes to earth, looking weak and bruised up. Lies and tells Goku he had heard of his heroics in space and that the Glorius Freiza Republic was under attack by the *Insert alien race here*. Begging for help Goku arrives to a planned attack, where a small military outpost is being counter attacked by the natives. Goku thinking that the Natives are the threat wipes them out... to bring peace to the world. As long as Goku thinks he is a hero he could continue to fight for Frieza.
