So are the Saiyans still on Earth or are they hiding from Freeza? I like your idea, but if Freeza has all that power I don't see why Earth would still be around, especially if Vegeta openly revolted against Freeza and is building on army on Earth to fight him. Let's say Frieza is in space florida, earth would be one of the newer editions to space hawaii's island chain... And lets say earth is so far away it might as well not exist, so the saiyans pretty much found the best damn planet ever to hide on. They find out about piccolo and the db's because yajirobe tries to save his fat ass but finds that with the namek dead their only hope is gone and they have reason to believe Frieza is close to planet namek aka space miami... So yeah they're hiding and preparing.

I was thinking about a Gokhan universe for a while, and eventually put something reasonably coherent together. Basically...Gokhan defeats Buu and all seems well (though Vegeta stays dead and Buu doesn't get reincarnated). He chooses to be more aloof from the world, seeking enlightenment (a mix of Gohan's love of learning and Goku's love of getting stronger). He also comes back to beat up Bad Guys as needed. However, unlike Goku or Vegeta, Gokhan doesn't push Goten or Trunks to get stronger or shape up or anything; they're /strong/, of course, but not motivated or disciplined or anything like that. And worse, something is happening to Gokhan. Maybe perma-fusion between relatives is revealed to be unhealthy, maybe Goku went SSJ before fusing, maybe the universe just advances the timeline more than others...but regardless, Gokhan is dying. With Goten and Trunks well on their ways to non-fighting lifestyles and Gokhan having remained celibate (both because of that enlightenment thing and because every woman is either old enough to be his half-mother or young enough to be his half-daughter), the strongest being left is Piccolo. Throw in some hints that /something/ powerful—a forgotten or resurrected Frost Demon, XXI, something from GT—is just waiting for a chance to strike, and you have a universe I've also thought of another universe just before coming to this thread. The Red Ribbon Army got started on the Dragon Ball search early and finds Goku before Bulma does and teaches the naive child to follow Commander Red (presumably getting a color-title of some kind...maybe Private Orange or something?). Red Ribbon soldiers (aided by a young Saiyan) continue scouring the globe. Bulma and the Pilaf gang make an alliance of convenience with each other and assorted characters they come across (probably including Yamcha, Puar, maybe Arale or Oolong, and possibly even Master Roshi), but they can't keep the Dragon Balls away from the Army forever. With advanced technology (including combat androids and at least one mech), assorted highly-trained mercenaries and assassins, Goku, and a giant Commander Red, the Army steamrolls across the world. Roshi and Shen retreat to the Lookout with any students or allies they can gather, but the rest of the world falls to the Army. Things could go a number of directions from here, depending on one's interpretation of the RRA. Here's an idea that barrows from a few of you fellas. How about instead of Gohan being kidnapped by Radditz and becoming a badarse fighter, you could make it Garlic Jr.? Garlic Jr. was the one who originally saw potential in Gohan in the first film (dead zone) and kidnapped him, why not have him succeed defeating goku and piccolo, and train Gohan? Gohan could slightly alter Garlic jr. too, the way he did piccolo, but to a far lesser extent. Garlic jr would become the corrupt guardian of earth, but not necessaily slaughter everyone like Cell or Bojack, rather rule similarly to King Piccolo with fear. Gohan and Garlick's minions would replace the Z-warriors in taking on the interplanetary threats that came their way like the saiyans and frieza. Maybe have Gohan regretting and trying to find a way to seal Garlic jr away but can't because of his immortality, hence motivation for the tournament? Or does that sound waaaay too out of character? When you have someone raised by a completely different person from such a young age, nothing is "out-of-character". I mean, it's not like you can call U13 Kakarot out-of-character just because he doesn't act like Goku. Interesting idea. A universe where Raditz killed the Z-folks but captured Gohan, and the Saiyans (now based on Earth) are fighting a war against an immortal Frieza, with the RRA as an anti-Saiyan resistance. It's an interesting thought. Here's my thoughts on chronology: 1. For whatever reason, Chi-Chi decides to stay martial-arts-focused. She trains with Goku; by the time Raditz comes around, she's in the same general tier as Krillin and Tenshinhan, while Goku is even stronger than in canon. (Maybe Gohan joins in, becoming stronger than Yamcha—which would probably be demonstrated—but I suspect that even a fighting-focused Chi-Chi would wait a bit longer.) 2. Raditz gets beaten up by the Gokrew, but without needing Goku to die. Goku spares his life, and Raditz grudgingly agrees to stick around and be a good uncle. 3. Vegeta and Nappa come to Earth, but Raditz convinces them not to kill everything on the planet (Vegeta is sold by potentially unlimited use of the Dragon Balls). They make a deal—Vegeta gets to take control of the planet and gets to use the Dragon Balls, and he won't destroy Earth and will let its current leaders handle most of the day-to-day stuff. (The current monarch has to go, of course, but hey—c'est la space vie.) Since this deal is proposed by Vegeta after he and Nappa tag-team Goku, Raditz, and Piccolo, no one really objects. 4. Meanwhile, Frieza uses the Namekian Dragon Balls to wish for immortality. Unfortunately, being Frieza, this process doesn't leave many surviving Namekains; crucially, the Elder dies not long after from grief and/or blood loss. Therefore, Frieza searches the galaxy for more Namekian survivors...and also tries to track down the Saiyans. 5. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, the Saiyans and strongest humans (also Piccolo and Gohan) have been training for the day that Frieza arrives. Nappa has also been sending out secret messages to any surviving Saiyans he can find (Turles, Paragus, Tarble, etc). Vegeta knows that Frieza is going to find them sooner or later, and wants to be prepared. The humans catch up to Raditz, Raditz and Piccolo catch up to or surpass Nappa, Nappa and (to Vegeta's surprise) Goku catch up to Vegeta, and Vegeta reaches new heights (note that none of the previous figures are intended to be exact). Maybe Vegeta even stoops to recruiting some of Earth's stronger humans (Mr. Satan, Shen, various World Tournament fighters) for use as cannon fodder. 6. Some of Frieza's scouts, possibly lead by Dodoria, find Namekians and Saiyans on Earth. It plays out not unlike the beginning of the Namek arc, though it's possible that Goku would avenge his father's team by beating Vegeta to the kill. 7. When Dodoria (or whoever lead the team) fails to report in, Zarbon and a team of stronger warriors are sent to check in on them. In the meantime, the Z-Warriors keep training; even the cannon-fodder humans are fighting on even or even superior terms with Frieza's mooks, and Zarbon has no chance against the Saiyans. 8. Enter the Ginyus. While things look tricky at first, with the Ginyus wiping out most of Earth's defenders. The day is saved either by Goku and Vegeta working together unexpectedly well, or by some Red Ribbon combat androids showing up to kill the roughed-up Ginyus before the Ginyus can finish off the Saiyans. (Maybe both.) 9. Cooler and/or Cold tells Frieza that if they want this done right, they have to do it themselves. They prepare a nice family space-road trip. 10. Meanwhile, the Saiyans and humans train some more! Maybe Goku or someone learns the kaio-ken? 11. The big, angry family shows up on Earth and the end of the Namek Saga plays out on Earth. Frieza and company kill a bunch of people, almost manage to get the dragon summoned, etc etc. But the Saiyans stop him at the last minute, each even stronger than the Ginyus. But it's not enough; the Saiyans begin to fall like flies. Eventually, even Goku dies. That's when Raditz loses it. 12a. Now, by this point, Raditz is no slouch. He's probably the weakest of the Saiyans, but he's still no pushover. So when he turns Super Saiyan, becoming even less restrained by morality than he was before, is capable of beating up Frieza before he can transform. (Frieza's immortal, but you'd be surprised what you can live through—especially given how tough Frieza's race is.) Cooler and Cold grab the boy and decide to retreat, rather than test Super Raditz's strength on their mortal bodies, and the day is saved. 12b. Or have Gohan go SSJ, but I like the idea of Raditz getting a shonen-redemption by beating up Frieza. Plus, at least some Raditzes should have a bone thrown to them. 13. Either way, Frieza's forces begin preparing to fight the new Super Saiyans (which start to go on a bargain sale). The Saiyans' love of and dedication to training (plus the new SSJ transformations) means they get stronger faster than the arcosians and their forces, but since Frieza is immortal and has legions of disposeable minions being trained to ever-higher standards of power (and inadequacy), the threat of Frieza's forces will never stop threatening Earth. The Saiyans can't strike back, because the only targets of value are either immortal or beyond their grip (the Briefses can build spaceships, but not ones tough enough to survive bombardment from Frieza's warships). Vegeta would like to conquer other planets and build his own empire to fight Frieza, but he can't—he doesn't have the numbers to hold a planet, even if he could get there. So it's a stalemate. 14. Over time, King Vegeta II's grip on the Earth gets tighter as he settles into his new position. He marries Bulma to forge an "alliance" between the Saiyans and the Briefses, and funds research towards warships to rival Frieza's. (Unfortunately, the people making the best weapons—the Red Ribbon Army and associated scientists—not only have no marriagable daughters, they've also dropped off the face of the Earth.) Vegeta also has a massive military academy (run by Kami, with Piccolo, Masters Roshi and Shen, and possibly Nappa as the main teachers), so he will have an army to go with the ships. Vegeta takes concubines from the strongest women on Earth not already married to a Saiyan, and orders the other Saiyans to do the same (to produce more half-Saiyans to be elite soldiers). And he waits, repelling Frieza's periodic attacks, becoming more of a dictator as he feels more secure. He wants to wish for immortality, but he keeps having to use the Dragon Balls' wishes to fix the damage which Frieza's forces do every time they arrive. 15. Eventually, Vegeta's rule gets too harsh. Commander Red starts a rebellion, with a combination of mostly-expendable 16-esque androids and a few slow-growing Cell-esque genetic amalgams (and some more conventional soldiers, including graduates Vegeta's academy who deserted). Now, Vegeta has threats from within and without. 15.5. If you feel like dipping into GT, maybe have the Dragon Balls overload from negative energy, rendering them useless and giving Vegeta another problem he has to solve. 16. The Vargas come. Vegeta brings his finest Saiyan and half-Saiyan warriors, hoping the others can hold the line against the Red Ribbons and any potential space invaders which come while he's trying to get another new wish—either to get new, more negative-energy-resistant Dragon Balls or just wishing for the power to end Frieza once and for all. Or immortality, that could work too.

I was completely tired when I answered this sorry. Basically Frieza knows Vegeta is up to no good being mia for almost 20 years but is letting him scheme away because at the moment Vegeta doesn't know Frieza is immortal and Frieza wants to see what the monkeys can come up with.

I would like a universe where the Kais somehow managed to destroy Buu and Babidi created a new demon that killed him and all the Z fighters. Who would this new demon be? Why none other than the one and only Super Janemba, who would terrorize the universe with no one to control or stop him. DBMA

Love the idea, OP. Dr. Gero not being in is the single biggest mistake of the comic (if you ignore the permanent tournament set-up). There are too many Universes that can be cut or condensed to add more interesting original characters, or movie/Dragon Ball characters that didn't make the cut. The biggest offenders are, of course;
- Universe 1 (The Supreme Kai can come from any Universe but Universe 18)
- Universe 2 (I understand the reason for having it. Kind of. But it's a literal waste.
- Universe 7 (Tentatively say this Universe. It can be combined with a Universe such as #3, #19, #9 without any issues so far)
- Universe 10 (Again, same idea as Universe 2. But I'd rather have a different division for those characters, or not have them at all)
- Universe 12 (Unpopular Opinion. I just wish it was more populated. A movie Villain or character would really add to this verse)
- Universe 15
- Universe 19 (I'll be honest. I'm NOT a big fan of this Universe. Not when established characters are given the boot)
- Universe 20 (Broly has the same issue as Gast)
Out of these, there are a total of. . .
Six from Universe 2. Four from Universe 8. Eight from Universe 10. One from Universe 15. Three from Universe 19.
22 characters in total that could've been added to fight and participate instead. Like, Damn. Is that a lot of wasted potential. I'd of crammed Lord Slug, Turles, The Android Trio, Janemba and a Red Ribbon Faction out of that alone. Maybe add a Bibidi counterpart to battle with Babadi, or even make the duo a greater threat when they plan.
If i had to pick any single universe, it's ten that goes. I'd replace it with a Dr. Gero Universe where he somehow wins (Likely calling Vegeta's bluff when he does, or surviving/escaping Android 17). His Universe would consist of; Dr. Gero, Android 19 (Rebuilt), Android 13, Android 14, Android 15, Imperfect Cell, Mercenary Tao, A completed Android 16, and then likely an Android version of some Earthlings. Possibly Videl and Hercule, or somehow BS General Blue in there.
Although, I'd first fix Frieza's Universe (arguably the most criminally underused) to make them a good Mid-Tier'Verse, with Frieza taking the helm.

I would go for a universe where Blue killed Goku, Krillin and Bulma in the underground ruines
Red would probbaly be killed anyway and the red ribbon army is ruled by general Black
In other words an universe where the red ribbon army won and fought of king piccolo, the sayians, had a war with the freeza empire to get the namakian dragon balls and finished Babadies plans before it even began.
With sweet androids as there first and last line of defense.

This is a fun way to as most universes are just a diversity from u18 we could just make a diversity of all 20 universes
U1: Buu is released killing all supreme kai safe for the easter kai like in u18, but this one choose to be just as active as his u1 counterparts
U2: Dragon ball + universe (yuck)
U3: Rachi failed Bardock still rules the universe
U4: Kid Buu won with everything destroyed it became docile bored out of it's skull and more careful not to brake his new toys.
U5: /// no idea
U6: Bojack is killed trying to fight segiu, after that they destroy the cold empire. and become the new rulers of the universe with Segiu and Bido as the worlds heroes.
U7: The Nameks experience a world like u15/14 but decided to train and become the most powerfull beings in there universe
U8: Cold just barrely managed to defeat trunks and the gang and rules the universe more bitter with a new son ... Iglo?
U9: Krilin failed to make a impression on Roshi. Making Nam the new turtle hermit.
U10: planet vegeta and namek failed to make an impression making room for planet earth where they find the sealed fat buu hidden
U11: Dabara broke free from his controll and now rules earth
U12: a future where the z warriors never heard of planet namek, so Piccolo, Kami , yamcha, tien and Choatsu where never revived Goku never went super sayian, and Bulma and Krilin hook up and "Trunks" is born, enter androids Trunks travels back to the past recruite Nam and Yairobi and defeat Cell whom misses frost demon dna

Perhaps even Techno-Super Saiyans (which would be quite scary IMO) to compensate the relative lack of technological advancement the Ultra armors had in 30 years of Saiyan rule, as opposed to Heloite.

I would add multiple universes where GT was canon. So have one where Baby, Super 17 and Omega all lost. Then add 3 universes where each one of them won. Just so we can get a power comparison. Not to mention the Baby egg laying mind control stuff would be interesting. Especially if Baby had stolen Goku's body and could reach SSJ4. Then he could also make Vegeta fuse with him into SSJ4 Baby Gogeta XD

I'd have taken a similar route to U3 - make a butterfly effect, focusing on the early movie villains. Part of what makes U3 the most interesting is that, though Tapion and Raichi aren't inherently all that interesting by themselves, they become a lot more unique when they have to bounce off one another. And a lot of the movie villains kinda need that, because they're really lacking in personality besides "WORLD DOMINATION" and having someone to compare them to would be a big help. So...
U21(?): Space Pirates.
Garlic Jr. succeeds in trapping Kami, Goku, Gohan, Krillin, and Piccolo in the Dead Zone. Because Piccolo and Kami are still alive, the Dragonballs still work. Now immortal, and the most powerful being on Earth, Garlic Jr. quickly kicks off his world conquest plot, picking off Tien, Yamcha, Master Roshi et al, and releasing the Black Water Mist to conquer a large swathe of the planet.
Meanwhile, in space, Lord Slug senses that the guardian of Earth is now gone. He then proceeds to make a beeline to there... in the process, running into fellow space pirate Turles. The two of them have a brief standoff, but ultimately decide that they can both make use of this "Earth" thing, and arrive a year later.
Once there, the two powerful warriors clash with Garlic Jr. - despite training quite a bit, the Makyan is far, far weaker than either of them, and his Mist-infected followers can't get close, but his immortality makes him a tough nut to crack. Irritated, he threatens to cast them into the Dead Zone, and the both of them relent, offering to make the immortal warrior an equal partner in their dealings. In exchange for this, Garlic provides Lord Slug with the Dragonballs, restoring him to the prime of his youth. Turles plants the Tree of Might, sucking the planet dry, and Lord Slug freezes the now-dead world, making it into a new cruiser.
However, all the environmental devastation destroys a layer of ice over a mountain laboratory... reactivating the facilities of Doctor Wheelo. The mad scientist who planned to conquer the world quickly uses the facility's sensors to discover that the Earth is now a deadening wasteland. Enraged, he emerges, and charges into battle - only to discover that he is massively outclassed by the rogue Saiyan, let alone the Namekian. After Turles rips his head off, Wheelo pleads for his life, promising his scientific skills if they spare his life and give him a place. Turles shrugs, and grants him his request.
Not long afterward, Wheelo plunders the few remaining labs of Earth for any scientific secrets - Capsule Corp's patents, Gero's androids, various tools of magic - while Turles stockpiles his fruit and Lord Slug completes the Earth's transformation into a battleship. Slug uses the mystical knowledge he's obtained over the years to remove the scattering effect from the Earth Dragonballs, meaning they can now be freely wished upon. Garlic Jr trains himself to his absolute maximum, keeping his last supply of Black Water Mist secret.
Drunk on fruit and wishes, the newfound organization decides to go head-to-head with the Planetary Trade Organization. Freeza arrives on the scene to put down the rebellion, but the ruthless Slug pulps him before he can reach his final form. Cooler is next, taking an entire fleet with him, but Garlic Jr opens up a massive portal to the Dead Zone to entrap the fleet - Cooler escapes, but weakened by the experience, he is easy prey for Turles. Finally, King Cold descends, having assumed his final form for the first time in decades... at which Wheelo unleashes a weapon based on Gero's android models, vaporizing the King.
With little in their path, the New Space Pirate Organization dominates much of the galaxy. Having gorged themselves on Tree of Might fruit and shored up on wishes to increase their power further, they have become the most powerful beings in their universe by far. However, they are constantly at odds with one another - each one thinks that, instead of owning a quarter of the galaxy, they should have all of it. They constantly plot against one another, and the only thing that keeps any of them from eliminating one is the absolute certainty that the other two would gang up on him.
Turles, the cultivator, has come a long way from the days of being a low-class warrior. With his Saiyan competitiveness and zenkai, he has become the second strongest of the group... and the first to realize that his usefulness to the group may be running out. He has noticed that the Tree of Might no longer multiplies his strength to the degree it once did, and fears that he may be becoming immune to its effect from exposure. With this in mind, he has poured his efforts into achieving the legendary Super Saiyan transformation, but he has no idea how he'd accomplish this. He has never loved or cared for anything particularly much in his life, leaving him too lacking in drive to obtain it... yet.
Garlic Jr, the mystic, remains the weakest, even years later. He wishes to return to Makyo, his true homeland, but the other members have justifiably given the demon world a wide berth. Though he is largely at peace with the avenging of his father, his insecurity and lust for power continues to gnaw at him. He has become the caretaker of the Dragonballs, and refuses to allow any other member of the group to wish for immortality. Though he believes the Black Water Mist could level the playing field easily, he doesn't know how it would work - Lord Slug, being a Namekian, is immune, and Wheelo doesn't breathe. Hence, he has planned to kill his rivals conventionally.
Lord Slug, the brute, is the most confident of the group in his power. Following his wish, the Super Namekian rivalled Freeza in brute strength, and his power has only grown since then. Though he is the least intelligent of the group, he is no fool, and knows full well that the others could contest him. Hence, he focuses most of his efforts on building a fleet of war worlds, which he has clustered around his old homeland of Namek. Despite everything, he bears some affection for his old homeland - but he knows about the Dragonballs there, and though he fears the possibility of Guru's death, if pushed, he will take to its surface to try to obtain immortality.
Finally, Wheelo hates the other members more than any. Garlic Jr did not much begrudge the loss of Earth, but Wheelo saw his home planet that he had hoped to conquer be reduced to a dead rock. Now one of the last living humans, his hatred has festered into full-blown mania, one only exacerbated by the refusal of the others to grant him a new body. Because of this, Wheelo has sequestered his power, perfecting Gero's research in weapons and biotech to create increasingly powerful mechanical bodies - his latest model, he believes, could overpower them all. But Wheelo cannot truly commit to his revenge - being a genius, he has realized that after his revenge, Earth would remain gone. Thus, he continues to work on weapons and bio-warriors for the others, biding his time.

This uses another GT idea for a new universe, but I think it might be fun to see. Doctor Myuu succeeds in creating his Baby prototype during the Tuffle-Saiyan war. Baby turns the tide of the war as it infects the Saiyans during the fateful night they turned into Great Apes and gained control over all the Saiyans. The Saiyans under Tuffle control they to use the Saiyans as their protectors. Myuu is celebrated the savior of his people, although some people like Raichi dislike enslaving a sentient race. With Tuffles intact and the Saiyans under their command they will continue to make scientific advancements that lead them into a new Golden Age. Muyu in particular will experiment with augmenting biology with cybernetics and mutations that will lead to Machine Mutants. The Saiyans will become the first generation of MM, enhancing their own abilities to make them stronger. Having ended war, eliminated poverty, and making strides in curing diseases the Tuffles decide to become a space faring people to explore the stars. During their explorations and travels that they see other planets are less fortunate than them. They decide to help their neighboring planets in their home galaxy, uplifting other planets with their technology and act as peace ambassadors.
Because of their goodwill and advance technology Planet Plant becomes well known in this universe. Freeza's forces hear of it. Just as they made an offer to have the Saiyans join the Planet Trade Organization. Unlike the Saiyans the Tuffles reject the offer. Freeza doesn't take no for an answer he sends his forces to conquer Planet Plant and take the Tuffles technology for themselves (similar to what they intended to do U19 with the Tech Warriors' home). This causes a intergalactic war with the Tuffles and their allies against Planet Trade Organization. Initially the Tuffles use the Saiyans to offer protection to their allies to fight off Freeza's forces with the enhanced Saiyans they easily push back the invaders, but numbers would become a problem. The Saiyans would be to far spread to both defend the Tuffles and their allies. Eventually they would have to abandon their allies to defend their home planet. People like Raichi would protest since it goes against their ideals, but more pragmatic people would overrule these objections. The loss of life would be what caused Raichi to develop ghost warrior research as a way to preserve lives and races in some form, even if its holographic ghosts.
As the war rages on the Tuffles would be forced to become more war like to survive. Myuu's work the next generation of Machine Mutant warriors would become more durable and have greater regenerative properties. This allow the Saiyans to exploit their zenkai ability to allow them to become much stronger. This would turn the tide of the war and allow the Tuffles to take back their space. The Ginyu Force would be called in. They invade the Tuffle home world and cause a lot of destruction to the capital. Raichi would be one of the few survivors. The experience would change him. Seeing so many of his people mindlessly slaughtered he would become embittered and hateful of PTO. He would weaponize his work to create the similar Ghost Warriors we know. This advantage means anyone on both sides that is killed can become a Ghost Warrior to fight for the Tuffles. Machine Mutants and Ghosts Warriors overwhelm Freeza's forces and they would have to retreat. The Tuffles hardened by war give up on goodwill work and work build up their military to never become a victim again.
The Tuffles would create their master Baby protocol. All the Tuffles would download their minds into Baby program to become a hive mind. Baby would have genetic material of Saiyans and Tuffles, while enhanced with cybernetics and mutations to make them a new Machine Mutant Tuffle race. Peace would still be their goal, but now the Tuffles feel the only way to achieve it would be to convert the other races into Tuffles and have them join the hive mind to force unity. First the new MM Tuffle warriors to invade planets in their galaxy, infect other races, converting them. They easily takeover their galaxy then spread out through the rest of the universe. The hive mind of Baby program allows them to always be in contact with each other no matter how spread out they are in the universe. The Saiyan genetics give them zenkai and Super Saiyan transformation abilities. They would enter a new war with Planet Trade Organization and fight Freeza himself this time. The Ginyu Force would be killed and be turned into Ghost Warriors, while Freeza would be brought down by Super Tuffles and converted. With Freeza added to the collective they learn about Cooler and Cold's empires. They conquer their worlds and add those two to the collective as well. The Tuffle Collective become the dominate power of the universe.
A collation of planets, among them are Helior (U19 Tech Warriors) and Namek, come together to form a Alliance to fight off the Tuffle Collective. Helior's technology and Namek's magic greatly benefit the Alliance and allow them to hold off the Collective create their own territory in space. This universe has a Cold War between the two powers, Alliance of Free Planets and Tuffle Collective. Both sides are trying to find new planets and resources to give them an edge. Many wars are fought in other planets to gain control of them, which can leave them destroyed or barren. Earth became a big battle ground when both sides heard the Dragon Balls were there. While the Alliance fights alongside the humans and help them fight off the Collective the Earth is almost turned into a wasteland with survivors having to be evacuated to live. Among the survivors of Earth are Dr. Briefs, Earth Warriors, Kami, and Gero. To avenge the Earth Gero works with Briefs to use cybernetics and robotics to boaster the Alliances powers. Cyborg Humans and Cyborg Nameks are made that can compete with Super Saiyans. The Helior armor systems can be added to them. Capsule tech would become essential for storage and easily sending large supplies without taking a lot of space in ships. The Vargas coming to this universe would be a tipping point. The Collective would want to get their hands on Dragon Balls to use the wishes to end the Alliance, while the Alliance would look for allies to help them save their universe.

Thus, he continues to work on weapons and bio-warriors for the others, biding his time. Why does this feel like the build up of a Super Sentai series. The Pirate's had dominated most of the Galaxy, but inside a wormhole the Lost Galaxy knew peace.... Until they arrived. Zordon using the power of a newborn star, taped into the morphing grid, and the Naval Squad power rangers were born.
