So first Cabba turns SSJ, then the pink shirted Saiyan girl will go SSJ, and eventually from what we know the red-shirted ponytail Saiyan girl will go SSJ. It really didn't take much to set the first two off. Maybe describing what the transformation feels like makes it easier to access? Eh, who the hell knows...

If I remember correctly the only things you need to go SSJ were a high enough power and a strong emotional trigger. Considering that we already know that U6 Cabba his crew are already very strong the only thing that's left is the trigger, and considering the whole universes is at stake here I doubt Cabba's gonna gonna hold back on trying to find that trigger.

It seems like the standard prerequisites for transforming have been drastically lowered. When it was originally introduced it took a really emotional, rage-inducing event to gain the transformation, whereas after the Cell saga tantrums were enough to get Goten and Trunks to transform. For U6 it seems more like sheer anger is enough if the Saiyan is powerful enough already. It would make sense since U6 Saiyans are much more like U7 hybrids in terms of behavior and temperament. So it seems like it must be easier for them to transform the U7 Saiyans. I wonder if it's a genetic thing or something?

By the way, turns out I was right. Just watched DBS episode 92 and the scene with the female Saiyan transforming and all she did to transform was concentrate. Evidently it's actually a lot easier for U6 Saiyans to transform.

I think it's a case of biology.
U7 Saiyans had tails, so much of their initial strength came from the mighty Oozaru form. Tailed Saiyans have a tougher time transforming--See Goku, Vegeta, and Gohan, whereas tailless Saiyans do not.
U6 Saiyans have Back Tingles, no doubt a vestigal trait due to lacking tails. So by virtue of being tailless Saiyans and proper harnessing of Back Tingles that U7 Saiyans lack, they can more easily tap into the transformation.
Then we're going to have the Legendary Back Tingles here soon. Those only happen once every 1,000 years. We aren't dealing with the average Back Tingle anymore once these puppies start going.

Oh no...I wonder...
What if this is not only meant as some kind of mechanism for going SS1, but also some kind of Super Saiyan weak spot? Does punching a Super Saiyan in the Back Tingle area interfere with their ability to use the form, like a pressure point or something? Pls no.
...and suddenly this famous elbow drop has new meaning.

I completely agree. Biology and evolution has made the U6 saiyans more susceptable to SSJ transformations compared to U7. At least I hope so in favor over lazy writing and time issues.

I was actually being mostly facetious in my post lol. Personally I think it's lazy writing/time issues.

I got to say this. Having tingles in the back means you can go Super Sayian must mean the males of Salad are doing something wrong in the bedroom... as this was a lost art.
Men get the Karma Suitra or something. No women should live life without Tingles running down there back.
