I moved this thread to the DB/DBZ section since it makes more sense over here.
As for your question, yes. If Fat Buu lost the Grand Supreme Kai, he will definitely revert back into Kid Buu.
But more than that meets the eye.
In canon, Kid Buu absorbed both the Grand supreme and Southern Supreme Kai. If he lost just the Grand Kai, he will revert into Buff Buu, who IMO is comparable to Buuiccolo.
BUT...
if your question is pertaining to Fat Buu
after he separated from Kid Buu and then loses Grand Supreme Kai, I can only see a few scenarios playing out.
[Note]: Is this is your true interpretation of your question, Kid Buu's evil will still not be in him since it is all sealed within Uub.
For starters, I do not believe it is possible for either the Grand or Southern Supreme Kai to leave Buu. It is impossible. Basically Fat Buu in a sick sense is majin fusion between both kais, and both are permanently hard-wired into his being.
They cannot escape.
But I'll pretend they can still escape, and the Grand Kai somehow leaves. In this scenario, either Buu will...
1): Lose his entire existence.
2): Revert into a weak Buff Buu.
3): Revert into a weak Kid Buu (if the Southern Kai is also expelled)
4): Somehow retain his form, but be vastly weaker regardless.
5): Achieves a new, but lesser form over his current state.
