Hypothetically speaking if this Tournament of Power ends up turning into some Grand Tour universal type adventure. Which fighter(s) would you like to know more about? This can be because of their design, gimmick, performance in the ToP, or whatever else.
My picks:
Ganos: I really dig the dude's design, for one. His sneaky nature to go against his "never-ending" growth transformation is also a neat contrast.
Trio De Dangers: These dudes were short-lived, yet entertaining. I'm interested in how they survived in a place like U9 and even rose to the top.
Jimeze: More so on his Origins since Yardrats should logically come U6 or U7. His performance in the ToP so far has also been pretty good.
U6 Namekians (forgot their names): I'm curious if these guys are really evil (or maybe ruthless) to contrast with the good-natured Saiyans.
Dypso: From the dude's performance against Hit to him looking like Beerus & Champa makes him one of my favorite pride troopers so far.
Post Script: Don't really know if I should make a poll or not. I can't remember a lot of the participants' names so I guess I'll you guys decide if I should edit it in.

Hit.
I think if there's any one character introduced in DBS that could easily have his own series just about him and his assassination contracts it would be him. He's OVER ONE THOUSAAAAAAAAND years old and is on the same tier as the likes of SSB Goku or Golden Frieza, meaning there's plenty of time to fill in between when he started and when he faced Vegeta, with plenty of room to show his own power progression, how he developed his own honorable tendencies, etc.
Given how much he actually enjoyed having a challenge for once in Goku, you could even go the One Punch Man route with Hit and explain why he was extremely bored all the time.

I agree, especially if we can add in Frost as well. Both are the finest and most colorful characters in U6, though I always did wonder if Botamo achieved his invincibility by eating some golden honey with piglet on the side.
