Beerus the Wondercat inspired me to create this thread. Can you describe a character without saying what they look like, what kind of costume they wore, what their major actions in the series were, what kind of abilities they have, what their profession or role was? So I stole this from Red Letter Media's critique of the Star Wars prequels and it was a pretty interesting exercise on determining how naturally fleshed out a character is outside of their trope. Let's see if we can guess each others descriptions. Let me start here: This character has a strong sense of humor. "X" possesses great intelligence and knowledge. "X" is very strategic and elaborate when it comes to planning. "X" is very eccentric. "X" can also be very immature. "X" gloats over somebody's misfortune. Huh, not so easy, in fact. So, who is it?
Edit: Let's include all of Dragonball. DB, DBZ, DBGT, DBS, etc. Will be more fun.

I think following strictly your parameters, without even referencing their morality/alignment (which are tropes anyway), the only persons you could accurately describe are Goku and Vegeta.

I think the only ones who can be accurately described without using any trope (even morality ones) are those.

I'll take a crack at this. Instead of offering up a description and guessing who it is, I'm just going to name a character and describe them within the parameters, like how the RLM video did with Star Wars characters. Jiren - Arrogant, serious, stoic, calm. (Though as I said in the other thread, the story arc isn't even over yet so this can change for better or worse) Hit - Professional, punctual, adaptable, reliable. Vegeta - Brash, committed, family man, proud, arrogant, loud, overconfident. Beerus - Lazy, hungry, sleepy, quick to anger Gohan - Indecisive, occasionally cocky and overconfident, slacker yet eager to prove himself, family man, quiet, reserved, has occasional flair for the dramatic Captain Ginyu - Proud, loyal, flair for the dramatic, trickster, cocky, quirky, confident. What is the purpose of the game? Like if the characters each have too many overlapping qualities does that make them too generic or bland? I think we can all describe characteristics of the characters, but some could still qualify as having little personality or bland. Tien is a perfect example. He was arrogant, reserved, intense, dedicated, and sour. He is also a very stereotypical rival from kung fu movies. Outside of fighting he has nothing, friendships outside of Chaozu are barely given any emphasis to the point that he was left out of the Buu arc for most of it. Nothing about him stands out. Even Yamecha has more personality than him.

Son Pan I understand. I just wanted to try and check out if Dragonball characters actually have fleshed out personality. But that's Dragonball we are talking about. Almost nobody expect anything from Dragonball other than guys punching other guys in the face. But when I saw the backstory of Bujin, Future Trunks & #16 friendship, the god complex of Vegetto, here in DBM. I wondered if Toriyama + Toei created accidently good characters. We all know AT is not a good author. He turns all strong females into housewives as long they aren't needed anymore. With Bulma as only exception, I think. Antagonists turn into allies and in new arcs they become a cheerleader for Goku, etc. My point is, if we feed each other lines about some Dragonball characters and their most notable traits, development and memorability, we could work out some good personalities in Dragonball. And this game, huh, was just for fun.

Sorry for late reply. I appreciate the thought about this thread but you got to be careful about over-simplifying characters to these based traits.
I mean-aside from personal bias-I could write an essay on how Vegeta is the most developed character in the series. I could also write about how Goku is written very inconsistently which contradicts Toriyama view on him. But playing along with the whole RLM game:
Vegeta: Prideful, arrogant, grumpy, sarcastic, motivated, tortured, conflicted, caring, brave, complex, lots of hidden depth.
Piccolo: Serious, caring, calculating, reserved, brave, voice of reason, easily embarrassed and nurturing
Gohan: caring, conflicted, pacfist, dedicated, happy-go lucky, naive, self-esteem issues
Zamasu: Verbose, god complex, monologues for days, condescending, deluded, twisted views, virtue signaling, dedicated, sadistic
Jiren:.....Stern?

Hypocrisy and "above than thou/god complex" could be perfectly sum Zamasu alone.
