At this rate I'd say DBM's best is better than DBS's best. But with this Majin rebellion finished, I'd say its worst is also worse than DBS's worst.

At this rate I'd say DBM's best is better than DBS's best. But with this Majin rebellion finished, I'd say its worst is also worse than DBS's worst. The DBS manga is astounding in its ability to be underwhelming, save for a rare few moments. I'd say DBM's best, which I believe to be Vegeta vs. Raichi, is indeed better than the DBS manga's best. I wouldn't even know where to start for the "best" of the DBS manga. I suppose the preliminaries where they had the God of Destruction free-for-all? Maybe an instance or two in the Black arc? I've said it before, but I much prefer the anime to the manga version for DBS. Toei's far from perfect, but they're much better at hyping things up. As for the worst of each, considering recent pages I'd agree that DBM's worst is the worst. The worst of DBS can be chalked up to characters being stupid, whereas DBM is more transparent in terms of how the plot is going to go and how the characters react to this direction (in turn looking stupid or bipolar). Closest the DBS manga has come to this is Beerus declaring he's going to take care of Moro and then suddenly getting yanked away because of a Skype call (gotta give Goku the win).

It's also not the first time he finds some stupid excuse to leave. It's exactly what one would expect of him. Beerus offing Zamasu was the exception to the rule. And needless to say, it was against someone anyone else could off.

To be fair to Beerus, said Skype call would potentially get him erased from existence if he doesn't answer. Btw, Salagir saying Vegetto being a "master of his emotions" is comparable to Toyotaro's Vegeta not being the type to underestimate his opponent.

The last time Vegeta underestimated a opponent was in Buu saga. In BoG he definitely did not underestimated Beerus, in RoF he goes all out against Freeza from the start, in Black Saga he goes all out against Zamasu/Black also from the start and in ToP he makes no blunders at all either. For all that Toyotaro is concerned, while writing Vegeta, he did not make any blunders, which is true for Super but not DBZ.

Freeza transforming and nobody doing anything is just a example of it.

Sure, my point was more that it was a blatant "Whoops this character isn't actually going to do anything for meta reasons that Goku must win" and not "WTF this is so dumb Beerus is stupid for leaving". The last time Vegeta underestimated a opponent was in Buu saga. Nah he still does it.

That is manga Vegeta The comment I linked even has an imgur link at the bottom with all of the pages mentioned. The only anime stuff I used was for RoF which was skipped in the manga

the piccolo being outmatched trifecta. I think dbs does it worst, havign him lose to a bug. in the anime he laments not using his hearign to figure shit out when a normal human style hearing worked. 17 has regular hearing to that of a human unless I'm mistaken.
