Curse you accidental tab close!
Has Salagir ever stated on a size of one universe? I tried to search about DB universe size before new material that gave us alot of information came out however I could find anything. Besides 4 galaxies to be a translation error and meant to be 4 quadrants of the universe.
According to FAQ From DBM:
Big Bang Theory is most known and accepted origin of our universe. So if we assume that DBM universe has same Laws of Physics as ours - the rate of which universes expands are same. Question how old DBM universe is?
Old Kai is said to be ~75 million years old. However, this is bad idea to measure age of universe. First while Old Kai is said to be ancient Kaioshin it was never stated that he is The First and most likely there where tens of not hundreds before him. Another thing to consider is that life was not plausible right after big bang has happened. Thus even if he was the first DBM universe is still older than 75 million years. First star in our universe formed ~100 million years after big bang.
Before you claim that Kai's life in special realm where laws could be slighty different so life could have formed there extremely rarely here is a thing: I am not aquicated with manga Old Kai knew about Namekians. It could be anime filler but he didn't liked the idea of Goku and Vegeta using their dragon balls. Meaning that Namekians already existed during time of Old Kai and they live in mortal universe.
Formation of Early Intelligent Life in The Universe: Unfortunately there is not much data from real life since only intelligent species we known of are humans. We also have only studied evolution based on one planet Earth. Earth (IRL) had 5 mass extinctions before first humans walked here. According to what I have been searching for we are most likely earliest life in the universe. Unfortunately I haven't found plausible time for earliest intelligent species in the universe.
Note: Early based on universe timescale could mean millions of years.
I would do stupid move and assume that Oldest Star in the universe has/had similar planet to earth with basically identical evolution patterns and mass extinctions. It took about 4,6 billion years from formation of our sun to first humans walking on earth. Since first star showed up about 100 million years after big bang, let's assume that earliest plausible intelligent life is ~4,7 billion years after big bang. Note: This is based on assumptions as we have no idea about evolutionary patterns on other planets. Also early stars where much hotter than our sun. Let's assume that those speices where no other than Namekians. *Cough Cough. 36,6 lightyears.** So this would put DBM universes age at ~4.8 billion years old.
This number is most likely highly innacurate since I haven't found any information regarding plausible earliest intelligent (human or above) life forms in the universe.
Regardless of this age of the universe doesn't say much about the size. I tried to find size of the universe based on it's age, however I found basically nothing. Our universe is ~13.8 billion years old and 92 billion light years in diameter. Unfortunately, I can't just go like this:
Size of DBM Universe = (Age of DBM Universe/Age of Real Universe)*Size of the Real Universe.
Nope nope nope. It doesn't work that way. So DBM universe is not 32 billion light years in diameter.
A few billion parsecs away could suggest that it is at least 10 billion light years in diameter if not more.

According to FAQ From DBM:
All Universes have the same beginning. The same laws of physics. The same law of time. The same quantity of energy, of particles.
Except Universe 2 that is.
All the universes began with an identical Big Bang. And then, everything happened the same in each universe. Exactly the same...except for little details here and there.
