Goku, Vegeta, and Uub would be replaced by Vegito and Bra.
My prediction is that instead of Vegito doing a Kamehameha like Goku did in the fight, he would do a SSJ3 Final Dragon Flash like he did during their fight in the tournament, and I think that combined with Gohan's Kamehameha and Bra firing Ki blasts at Broly's back like Vegeta originally did in the fight, they would have been successful in pushing Broly into the sun, not needing Buu to absorb everybody.
How do you guys think things would go down?

Well Vegito managed to defeat Broly himself in the tournament, knocking him out even, with Bra's support I could see the pair blasting Broly back into the sun or knocking him out and then killing/sealing him somewhere.

If Broly survived and came back in U16 than things would probably play out a bit similar to what we saw at Multiverse Tournament. Vegetto hasn't felt challenged since his creation. If Broly survived and came back stronger than ever Vegetto would likely not finish him off right away and let him power up, so he could get a proper challenge. Vegetto would probably teleport Broly off of Earth before he could destroy it like he did in U20. This way Vegetto could fight to his heart's content without fear of damaging the Earth. He would likely just beat down Broly to anger him, until he powered up enough to get near his power. Vegetto would likely let Broly power up until he reached his SS2 form's power then end things by using SS3 to blast him into a star and shock him out of the form and kill him once and for all. Bra, Gohan, and Gotenks probably wouldn't even be needed for this.

Vegito ends up near putting the universe in jeopardy when he finds out that Broly is at the point where he could out maximum a star and the Kai's start panicking.
I bet they seal him up with handy dandy magic or like in the Fight with broly in the tournament he traps him in a Ki blasts and while broly can't move chucks him into a hottest star in the universe courtesy of the kai's
