Who should play Hanasia Queen of Saiyans?

Of the suggested I only know Natalie Dormer, so I can't really say anything about the actresses. However, if we're talking about a real life adaption of the story, I'd cast a woman, who can express both anger and empathy. This sounds trivial, but I think, those are two opposing feelings and you need to buy both of them from the actress. Also going by physical appearance she needs to be well trained, like with visible muscles. Regarding ethnicity it's hard to chose between caucasian and asian, because it's not really clear what Toriyama had in mind. Are all of his characters supposed to be asian? I don't know. They don't look asian to me. But since Saiyans spent a considerable amount of their time outside, she should have a brownish skin and I don't think Natalie Dormer could portray that, as she's fairly light skinned.
