Snark aside, some rando who probably is there to show not all universes are just altered Z events. But seriously what was the point of this? If the baby was hinted at doing possible something, fine but as it stands this is just a wasted universe slot.

I am pretty sure it was just a joke. Universe 15 is Cell’s original timeline where everyone died and Cell left it to go back in time there aren’t supposed to be strong fighters left. I do suspect this is one of the universes that Salagir now regrets making since he made it so empty.

interestingly enough, I'K'L's mother(father?) is still around. Maybe later on in the tournament there will be a big fight, then out of nowhere I'K'L' is born and starts kicking ass.
Unlikely to happen but it could be fun.
