For me it's between Majin Buu vs Uub and Cell vs Tapion. Gotenks vs Buu was also great.

I won't like Goku vs Frieza was a fight i liked more than i thought i would. It was possibly the only time in the Entire History of DBM where Frieza felt like an acutal threat to goku and my favorite part of the fight was the silent kamehameha.

Uub vs U11 Buu is my favorite of the third round. It really gave both sides a great showing. Uub got to show how strong he had gotten. It was fun fight to read, the pacing felt just right, and nothing felt rushed.
