I remember when Goku first became the Super Saiyan God and fought Beerus at his 70% level (Give or take).
Now, over the years (Time Chamber, years in DBS, etc...) Both Goku and Vegeta have doubled, if not tripled their strength. I think we can all agree on that.
So, when Goku was fighting Hiit the first time and used the Kao Ken X's 10 at that point he should have surpassed Beerus by at least 8-Fold if we go by the movie and Super Saiyan God Red Form.
Now in this tournament, he has gotten even stronger and can use the Kao-ken x'20 this should have his swarming over Beerus and even Whis. And this is not even counting the "New" Form we have been hearing about.
So my question is Was the Movie wrong and Super Saiyan God Red and Blue is pretty weak compared to him? So if Whis is 15, Beerus is 10, then Red has to be .5 and Blue maybe .8? OR is Kao-Ken x's XX not really a multiplier but just more power? What I mean is in Math 10x10 = 100 in Kao-Ken maybe it is Kao-Ken X's 10=11?
Do you see what I am getting at or am I way off base? I know it is fiction but it just seems that in the Manga Beerus stated it would take Vegeta 100 years to even be a match, but at this rate, it won't take 100 days.
Maybe I am thinking too much into this. :-) Thanks a lot!

I believe Beerus was being cheeky with Goku about the 70% thingie. I don't think he was being exactly honest with Goku.
The 6, 10 and 15 may not be exactly a linear correlation. Probably not. Each +1 increment could be a 10x boost in power. Like Beerus being 10,000 times stronger than Goku and Whis being 1,000,000,000 times stronger than the Saiyan.
And Tori stated this 6, 10 and 15 when BoG was released. Way before Super was even conceived. Probably wasn't seeing much into the future.

It is worth noting that DBS version of the BoG saga makes absolutely no mention to this "70% power" stuff. Toriyama likely didn't plan Beerus hanging out with Goku for that long when BoG was initially released.

Like Khan said. They probably retconned it, so Beerus' power can always be higher than Goku and Vegeta's no matter how hard they train. If they aren't getting anywhere I don't see why Beerus would be interested in them at all. It seems like they lack the talent to ever pose a serious rival to Beerus.

My theory is that because Beerus had been asleep for so long, his power wasn't at it's peak and has "grown" back to it's normal level since that fight.

The power level confusion could have easily been avoided if Super Saiyan God stayed the stronger form and Super Saiyan Blue became a weaker god form. It is stupid to have it be Super Saiyan form of Super Saiyan God in the first place and just muddled things, since no one knows how Vegeta achieved the higher god form without getting SSG. If Goku and Vegeta have weaker god forms, but ones they can use without the ritual it justifies why Beerus is so much stronger than them and allows for Goku and Vegeta to make as many improvements as the writers want without fear of having them catch up to Beerus to fast.

Son Pan I couldn't of put it better myself- Untill it was confirmed (unfortunately) in the Anime i always theorised that Blue was weaker then the original God form, so without needing to use the ritual every time they fought someone powerful- they needed to combine God Ki with their Super Saiyan Ki which gave us the Blue form- Far more powerful than any of the 'regular' SS forms but not as powerful as the original God form that kept up with Beerus. This is why when Goku debuted Blu with Kaio-Ken and stated that he'd "Been planning to use it against Beerus" i thought he would use those multipliers to try and close the gap and get up to, or even beyond, what he could do in the God form. Plus to this day (Until that mid saga retcon) God had way better feats than Blue ever did.
