When announce all these forms in magazines and market when they will premiere along with having so many transformation in quick succession that a lot of the hype is lost. Making new transformations may just be getting tired or exhausting to some fans. It is the go to way to showcase the characters have gotten stronger, but at this point there should be other ways to showcase improvement in DB. Dragon Ball should at least attempt to commit more to the technique and strategy comebacks more. Hit was a great example. They need to concern themselves less for what Toriyama would do and try to reach out to people who have more experience creating new powers or abilities to balance things out more. It is either that or they have to take a massive change and jump a hundred years into the future and restart the series with the old gang's descendants and restart the power scale and this time be careful in how far they develop it. I doubt that could ever happen considering how many people watch DB for Goku and Vegeta. Maybe a plot where they somehow lose all their transformations and majority of their ki and have to start over. I'm not sure how that would go over either though. I hate it, when a series is focused on one character only. When they never allow the hero to give the torch to the next generation, like a natural circle in life. That's why the shows getting nostalgic in the first place. If you are able to see how the hero/es evolve throughout the series. When Gohan was so much pushed in DBZ, it almost looked like he was the next hero in line. But no. Toeyama decided to focus on Goku forever. It's cheering me up that at least Fans are making a good job in that regard. DB Centuries remembers the "it all started with the boy meets the girl" premise here DB Bulma meets Goku in comparison (with chapter covers) Or just the next generation in general. Doesn't have to be 100 years later. It is so weird that GT, now DBS, or any other official DB content wasn't able to convey the feeling that the new generation will carry all hopes for the world someday. In DBM it's good. But in the topic regarding "next generation of z-warrior" I have to give full marks to DB Kame. I like it more, the more I read it. Now, DBS is ending soon. What has DBS done to present us the new generation, establishing anything for the future or anything not regarding any character from DBZ? Uub is mentioned, Pan is Jesus baby, Bra is "born", and Cabba looks like he would still be a kid, so let's include him as well. That is all that we could consider (new) next generation in DBS. Wow, well done DBS, well done. I just want to puke.

So the new movie is coming out in December.
The theme will be "Saiyan"? What's the theme been before this then? I shudder to think how much more Saiyan it can get.
Soooo...Frieza victory in the ToP then? Or more Bardock-style Frieza flashbacks?

Wow, well done DBS, well done. I just want to puke. I only suggested a hundred years because I figured most of the original cast would be dead and avoids the problem of people constantly asking why the newer cast just doesn't get someone like Vegeta or Goku to help them solve everything, especially if the newer generation starts off at the bottom and slowly build them up to face great dangerous. Starting over the power scale with a new cast/generation would be the most valuable thing that could happen, since it allows for more enemies to spring up without all of them being Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan level or higher. I suppose you could still do a new series with the older cast mostly out of focus and allowing the newer generation more freedom so they can take over. That was Goku's goal in the Cell and Majin Buu arcs with Gohan, Goten, and Trunks. A new Dragon Ball series focused on some other characters wouldn't immediately bomb as long as we see Goku and Vegeta in the background and the newer characters get proper development. Dragon Ball is one of those manga/anime where the main cast get married, have children, and grandchildren that it does lend itself to passing the torch theme better than other series. Goku not helping Uub or Pan beat some arc villain because he wants them to grow stronger on their own and not rely on him is perfectly in character for him. As long as he gets screen time every now and again I think people would still watch. Dragon Ball Z anime always had Goku in the background for a long time and allowed other characters screen time and that anime didn't exactly bomb because Goku wasn't there to fight the Saiyans as soon as they arrived. As long as the newer characters and stories are handled with care it could capture older fans interests and bring in newer ones.

I wonder if we'll see the birth of Gokeiza. Friezu? Friezarot?
On another note, oh look, Goku ran out of stamina AGAIN.

Yamoshi honestly looks like he's going to be just a Caveman Broly. He's even got the neon green aura and buffs himself up.

Yamoshi honestly looks like he's going to be just a Caveman Broly. He's even got the neon green aura and buffs himself up. Main question is, is this movie going to be tied with the Super Anime? If so, then how? How did this legendary Saiyan Yamoshi stay hidden all the way until now? Was he in a block of ice? Does Frieza botch the wish up and instead of eliminating the origin of all Saiyans, he resurrects the origin of all Saiyans? Can't say I'm not eager to see what his facial design will be. Is it gonna follow Goku's "common" face, Vegeta's royal line, or Broly's in another attempt to profit on the Legends? Also new animation, or similar animation to "Son Goku and Friends return?" I can't tell personally.

Of course, I'm sure this look will get retconned anyway but for now that's what we know about him aside from whatever sneak glimpse we get of him in the new trailer. As for how he gets here, who knows? Maybe Goku tapping into and mastering UI created enough of a link to drag him back or something. Or maybe Goku wished for a new strong opponent to fight.

Goku: Hey Beerus, can I fight you now? Beerus: With that Mastered Ultra Instincts? Nah! Goku: Oh I know! You said you wanted to fight the Super Saiyan God! That's how it all started! Goku: Grand Priest, bring to me the original Super Saiyan God! GP: As you wish. Me: Yeah... All 7 universes were erased... just for a new movie antagonist... Either that or he gets wished back in time instead of MUI sending him back.

Reminds me of that TeamFourStar DBS video where Whis was counseling Goku and Vegeta. Vegeta: "Oh God there he goes again! I swear Kakarot, you only have one thing on your mind, and it's disgusting!" Goku: "Aw c'mon 'Geets, it's not what it looks like..." Vegeta: "DON'T YOU PLAY COY WITH ME!" Whis: "Vegeta, why don't we calm dow--" Vegeta: "FIRST IT WAS THAT HIT SKANK. I WAS THERE KAKAROT. I KNOW YOU SNUCK OFF TO BE WITH HIM." Goku: "But he had a really BIG technique I wanted to see!" Vegeta: "OH SO YOU ADMIT IT." Goku: "Vegeta! I would never! Well. Uh." Vegeta: "THEN IT WAS THAT TRAMP JIREN. I SAW THE WAY YOU LOOKED AT HIM ALL TOURNAMENT LONG. YOU COULDN'T KEEP YOUR EYES OFF HIM." Goku: "Vegetaaaaaa" Vegeta: "AND NOW YOU'RE RUNNING OFF WITH THIS NEW HUSSY. YAMOOSHI OR WHATEVER." Goku: "Yamoshi." Vegeta: "OH ALREADY ON THE FIRST NAME BASIS ARE WE KAKAROT?!" Whis: "Vegeta. Deep breaths. Inhale. Exhale." ... Vegeta: "Well. I suppose it's not all bad. Not like you'll ever run off and leave me for some child or something." Uub: "Uhhhhh". I was thinking more he meets Goku in the present instead of Goku going to the past actually, though I suppose either one works.

People praising over the animation style resembling the old manga and more easy to the eye stuff. Also something about this being a continuation to Super as its the FIRST DB Super movie.
Fuck End of Z then. Super starts/ends as interquel and rushes through Z ending to evolve into a sequel. LOL>LMAO>LMFAO

LOL>LMAO>LMFAO If the continuation of Super isn't going to involve Uub like we all thought, we might as well call this an alternate timeline from Z. There's no point of hinting towards Uub's Super introduction if it isn't going to play any significance in the continued Super sagas. If it's just going to be "Goku time but in Super" then we might as well expand and make a time skip instead of dicking around with the fans. Really now, we went from Age 779(?) when Beerus meets Goku to supposedly three major sagas that took place in a single year. Major break from traditional anime that involved time skips, or Z in general, 1 year train for Saiyans, 3 years androids, 7 years Buu saga.

Its that shiny crap thrown out and only light/dark shading retained. Old school.
Also this could be ALPHA animation. Rough scene just put up as a teaser. People already loving it.

Interesting twist that the Super movie is happening in the actual timeline, not a origins story like we were led to believe. So where exactly is the time lapse? Is it between the Zamasu and ToP arcs or does it happen in a place similar to the Android 21 game arc? And how did Yamoshi survived (?) or comes back from the dead? Why does he seeks out Goku and does he have any connections with Beerus, nameks, or Frieza? Looking forward to all of these questions being answered. Rumor has it that Super is returning back in 2019 when Kitaro ends. If the animation is just as good as episode 130, I will be for it. After all it seems impossible to wrap everything up in episode 131 since so much is still going on.

Well, Vegeta does point out that Cabba was wearing the armor that Saiyans supposedly wore before the whole PTO absorption, so this fellow could be from anywhere from U7's Sadala up to the Birth of Planet Vegeta.

Yeah, he could be from Planet Vegeta or Sadala pre-Frieza, or just be from U6 from any point in time. For extra lulz have him come from U11 or U10.
